      So I've had a chance to read through, and you'll have to tell me what all you want help with.

      Overall the concept made me giggle-- ANOTHER Skyrim guild that the poor OC is probably going to get stuck being the boss of? Heh. And I liked seeing a few of the less-common characters worked in. Drevis in particular was highly entertaining; really that's a very novel use of that guy's talents. Do you suppose he becomes visible again when he loses focus? Lol.

      I can see a few tweaks that I think would help the piece writing-wise; PM me if you want more details on that-- this is a piece that doesn't need much adding, but a little subtracting could be beneficial.
