Comment on Righting Wrongs

  1. Yes we shall.
They can be. :3 But I meant that you had him actually use that ability. Other writers tend to forget that he can do that and thus don’t even include it. I am glad someone does and has made use of it. (I love flying around as a bat in SotN, AoS & DoS.)
Ya ever see his stats? He has generous charisma and low wisdom. Must be a result of his low Sobriety stat.

He'd need charisma to get by with that mouth XD

Most writers seem to like to focus on Alucards wolf form, from what I seen. I like flying too, especially if got the bat card lvl'd to 99.

      1. Yep.
I’ve noticed. I like it when people focus on his bat form, also mist and wolf. (It’s rare to see mist used in fics though.)
Ah, with the bat familiar with the bat army. I swear it’s a she and she’s got the hots for bat Alucard. You see those hearts that pop up when he turns into a bat? Yeah.

But why forget such a cool power? Granted, there are some fics where it wouldn't work but... bats.

Ahahaha, poor Trevor, that's all too true. XD I have a DnD character like that.

Flight's cool, Alucards myst form isn't often used in fics either along with other some his other abilities.

the mouthy characters are what makes role plays fun xD.

        1. That’s true. I sometimes like to...remind writers that they could good make use of said abilities.

I guess. Depends on the character.

      2. I dunno, for some reason people tend to not use bat transformations for vampires in modern stories. And people who write fics don’t use it often either.
(I like how depending on what colour of cloak he’s wearing determines what colour his wings are in game.)

        It’s seems accurate. DnD?

You know something else people don't use in modern vamp stories? Counting. Like, classic vampires have a huge weakness. You drop something like rice, and they have to count. Every. Single. Grain. Then the sun comes up. xD Haha, vampire powers/weaknesses are so fun when they're weird and stupid. Wait, I mean... cool. Yeah.

Yes! I play Dungeons and Dragons with a couple groups. :3 One of my characters has high charisma, but put them in a situation where they need to keep their mouth shut and not annoy people, and oh boy, that just doesn't work. Aha.

          1. Nooooo, not that shit from sesame street! To quote AVGN/James from “You know what’s bullshit: Vampires”, “This one is just fucking stupid.” https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=eHEItvqF-tg
Ah, I’ve never played DnD. My brother won’t invite me to his dnd get togethers. :/

Yes yes indeed. ^^ That's probably the exact reason they designed him to be a vampire in the first place. Weird that Sesame Street researched classic lore, huh? Though not that weird I guess? They always seem to do their research.

That's stupid. >/ Hey, if you're interested, find your own group. I won't lie and say it's easy, it took me... I don't know, five years to find a group that stuck together and I actually liked. But even if it's just a small group of friends and none of y'all know jack about it, playing fast and loose with the rules can be fun too. ( '')b I believe in you.

          2. Omg I love math nerd vampires. I totally used that lore in making vampires for my worldbuilding. Or at least making one in specific. (They're not traditional vampires, they feed on emotions, its a whole thing) I love the arithmomania

It's such a funky weakness! Like, what a funny little bit of lore. xD Only to be used in specific circumstances! And I love it for that.
(Also, I love vampires which feed on something other than blood!)

              1. Its the same OC that I threw into this world and she went "fuck this im rescuing her" when she saw Lisa get accosted by the church. Its part of the reason that that crossover would be fun (if I ever write it somewhere other than my head), because emotional vampire meeting more traditional vampire is just an interesting mix

Aaaah gotcha. That's true! Different vampires in the same setting! :D If you ever write it somewhere outside your head, I'll be there too.
