Ggghhhaawd that was exactly the perfect way to go about revealing the telepathy to Donna.
This story is so *gradual,* and it does it *well.* It feels like you've actually planned out every plot point; it's not random or made up as you go, and it shows, and I love it, and I'm definitely taking mental notes as I read.
thank you!! i've gotta say, of movement 1, this is one of my Favorite chapters. and yes! i absolutely have planned nearly every plot point, no joke. I have tens of thousands of words of planning outlines... it's.. a Lot. but i think it's paid off! and the story itself has definitely earned the slow build tag, i'd say. there's about 80k words in movement 1 alone, and movement 2 is going to be a lot as well, i can already tell.
absolutely take notes as you read. there's a Lot going on, and there's a Lot of... foreshadowing and hints throughout.
