i really love the idea of the four of them having a closer dynamic than they did in canon. my favorite stories are the ones where ignis and gladio consider prompto a friend in his own right, instead of just a tagalong to the prince they become fond of along the way, so of course i had to indulge myself with that here !
and im really happy you enjoyed ace and june’s characters ! i had decided early on that prompto should have at least a couple relatives that weren’t horrible, and what decent person wouldn’t love prompto from the get-go? his cousins were so proud to be in his wedding !
