    Oh, gosh darn it, I love this, I love it so much. Because first off, TICKLES! And also cuddles make everything better.

    And I really like how Sans just... doesn't have a solution to Papyrus's problems. He can comfort his brother and cheer him up but in the long run, when it comes to actually tackling the issue, he's pretty much powerless, and I can only assume he's just a kid too at this point in the story, probably not more than sixteen. But the hard reality is that sometimes things just aren't so simple. Also, Papyrus having deep-rooted abandonment issues feels... way, way too relevant to the way his insecurities will only develop as he gets older. It's heartbreaking to see him starting to fall into despair at such a young age though, even though it only makes sense that he would. My baby Papyrus LET ME ADOPT HIM.

    Of course it also serves as a really nice parallel to how Papyrus can't actually solve whatever's up with Frisk... but hopefully that can get better over time. You've really developed quite a running mystery there and I'm very intrigued to know more. Is this a case of lingering issues of abuse from past guardians, or something that cuts deeper, like Frisk having done past Genocide--or at least violent neutral--runs? A combination of the two? Either way, I'm still loving how Papyrus is so determined to help Frisk, because, oh, of course he is.

    But Sans. Sans what are your mysterious papers. Sans we need to know.

      Heehee, thank you!! :D You know I couldn’t resist some tickles and cuddles - this is a fluff-fest, after all!!

      And again, thank you - poor Sans, he tries his best, but like you said, he’s pretty much powerless to tackle the real issue. Even an actual parent can’t always solve their kid’s problems, and Sans really is just a kid himself. THESE POOR BABIES WHY DO I PUT THEM IN SO MUCH PAIN I COULD JUST MAKE THEM A HAPPY SECURE FAMILY BUT I DON’T.

      Well, you … know now what’s up with Frisk, but I’ll leave that a mystery in case anyone new is reading the comments. ;) But I’m so glad you like the running mystery for the moment~
