Not exactly, because there isn't that obvious puzzle piece left behind like it was in the show when Clara rescued Lex. There is a perfectly reasonable explanation as to how Clara was able to get Lex out of the car, and the vehicular damage is in line with what one would see if the car had hit the railing instead. So in that sense the investigation into Clara's powers won't be happening because of that first meeting. Now that doesn't mean there won't be additional incidents that tug at Lex's curiosity which then cause him to search for answers. So guess I'm saying you'll just have to read it and find out! :)
