3) His quirk manifests itself as a sort of other self. It’s not unlike dark shadow, and has unnatural powers, which I have a theory for, that it uses to protect and communicate to Izuku. It seems that, unless given a proper medium, it can only insert thoughts or information, thus explaining how he knew of all might’s status. How it found out about it may be similar to my first theory, it being able to get info from those in its radius. The static in his head is probably this other self.
4) Its powers are its ability to make someone’s quirk backfire. Maybe the man who combusted had some sort of fire or heat-related quirk and the backfire was him combusting. The slime could have very well lost control over his quirk and ended up splattered across the wall, explaining why he was able to piece himself back together.
