Ah, Haru. She really is an interesting character -- it's true that she doesn't have a lot of time to really develop outside of her confidant, but what is actually given to us really is fascinating. You're right that even though she has all these seemingly contradictory character traits they're all so genuine you don't doubt it for a second -- and you're right that, obviously, that means she parallels with Goro immensely well, just like, as I've stated, every other character, because that's what Goro is here for lol
Their interactions in fanfiction are always interesting to see play out, just because Haru is one of the most sincerely kind people in fictional history and Goro is one of the most messed up.
