    Your language game is too strong. No, honestly, you've got to cut that down a bit. It was difficult to read this, because I kept having to switch windows and scribble down quotes.
    (I'm kidding. NEVER CHANGE.)
    My only feelings for this ship come from you and Phindus, so I can't say much on that front, but on other fronts... DAMN, you amazing person. I think you just wrote a better romance, conflict, and resolution than many published novels... in, oh, ten, fifteen thousand words? (Although a great deal of the depth of feeling in this resonated with me deeply enough that I'm a little afraid that you speak from experience. Are you all right? I really, really hope that all is well with you and the excellence of this is due entirely to your skill as a writer.) Anyway, uh. Yeah. Thank you for writing this; it was amazing.
    Oh, and happy Christmas, if you celebrate it! (I've got three more minutes EST, so I may as well.)

      omg. Thank you, and thank you for taking the time to say so! Lately I've been kind of down on the quality of my writing a lot, and it's really reassuring to hear that it's still hitting the mark sometimes. x)

      Ahahaha, oh, God, sometimes fanfic really does encapsulate romance better than most regular fiction – I will never forget the first time I read one of my mom's trashy romance novels to see what the fuss was about, and was surprised to find that the dialogue and characterization was actually pretty decent, but the sex scenes were intolerably weak. Fanfic priorities for the win! XD

      (That is… without a doubt the sweetest thing someone has said in a comment in a long time. ♥ Don't worry! Everything is perfectly okay Chez Tierfal. c: The basis for a lot of this was extrapolation from/exaggeration of what it feels like when Fiancé and I have minor disagreements, which is obvs the end of the world in my little brain. X'D But all is well rn!)
