Oh, this is going to be so much fun to complicate. Ladrien is and will remain The Blush Ship, so cuteness will blossom and multiply as they proceed. And as much as Adrien is realizing how valuable Marinette is to him and how much he's falling for her... he just can't help reacting to Ladybug like that. It's in his blood. That's going to give him his share of stomach cramps, because he's got two incredible girls in his life (or so he thinks) and he's desperate not to hurt either one of them.
It's the perfect trap for him: laying exactly whom Adrien's wanted all along in front of him, and challenging him to choose differently right when she's about to fall into his arms. Likewise for Marinette; she's teetering on the edge of something serious with Adrien, and even she realizes that now. But is she ready to dive headfirst into the deep end, when Adrien's kisses are waiting in the shallow waters very soon if she just keeps her mask on?
