Yay! I saw on tumblr that you were planning to write something and I've been really looking forward to it :) This was wonderful, there's so much going on emotionally and it's all done so elegantly. I love that continuation of the bunker and open hatch in Jyn's mind and her having to relearn how to lose her father. You capture the tragedy that was Galen Erso's life so well, that little scene with him drinking alone is just heartbreaking. You also really capture the tentative anticipation of Jyn and Cassian's relationship and I love that the first big step they take towards each other here is opening themselves up emotionally, which for both of them would definitely be the hardest. Really well done!
