So I'm really starting to wonder if something supernatural is going on. That seems unlikely, but Chloe's blackouts seem incredibly long (a whole week), and we're not even sure what the initial trauma was. It seems like it's the stress of getting arrested, but I'm not super sold on that either. I'm also interested in whether Victoria's blackmailing Rachel, as she's clearly getting Rachel to do something she doesn't want to. Either that or the marks are from James, and Victoria's referring to something else. Apart from the theorizing, I really liked how you've handled the Kate/Max stuff. It's sweet and one of my favourite parts of the story. Seeing Chloe get along with the D&D group is a great contrast from how angry she is the rest of the time, even when she was hanging out with Justin and Trevor.

Nope, nothing supernatural at all haha Well, her trauma is just a mix of everything. So, not just things that happened recently, as we know her dad is gone in this story so that's one other thing that's affecting her. Everything is a lot more connected than you think. Thank you!
