    Me too, but I do love my sad angsty stories!! I guess we'll have to wait and see but there's a distinct possibility of James Amber being the prosecutor. Don't forget that Jeffershit still took Rachel in the alternate timeline so...

    And yea, I was going to ask some philosophical questions about this but then I forgot. Does Max deserve to be punished? Is she guilty?

      If Maxine reached out and visited Chloe earlier maybe Chloe would have asked her then, instead of the Canon Max, to end her life, giving her more agency and maybe avoiding the situation,
