Comment on The Princess of Shadow

  1. I'll be honest; I hope Sigrid and Legolas rip their fathers new ones for betraying their friend like this. Bard should've known better since he knows Bilba. I'm already set to dislike the dwarrow too, which is rare for me.

Intriguing story and can't wait to see how it goes!

    1. Bard saw the writing on the wall. Erebor was going to fall and he didn't want to be the enemy of the new king. He also simply didn't want to support the tyrant Thain. As for the rest, he figures he can work it out - his daughter disagrees as implied by him mentioning she's angry at him. :D :D

Thank you! I'm glad you're enjoying it! I'm about to post the new chapter on Tumblr and then I'll put it up here on Saturday probably. :D

      1. The question is..will Sigrid and Legolas stand up and speak whenever the demand for Bilba to marry is spoken...because I really don't see Sigrid being silent on this in front of the kings.

          1. Oh I know..lol..WELL do I know it! You're also good at happy endings even though we may wish to use frying pans on characters during the journey!
