That's a tough one. I mean is it comparable to age of consent vs technical of age? It also depends on whether they're getting up to shenanigans with someone who is also technically underage or someone considered an adult. I've spent ten minutes alternating between yes and no so would probably have to say yes just to cover bases and the clarify in tags
Thank you. I was leaning toward saying 'yes' as well. I just needed someone to agree with me. I usually tend to tag things for 'just in case' scenarios anyway.
