    Recovered anorexic here... And you are super right, romance won’t cure anything. But, as someone who had zero support while trying to recover, you choosing to have Connor support the reader and express his worry and fear is something I think I would have appreciated (and is very realistic), whether during or post recovery, romantic or otherwise. First priority was my life, but after that was the lives of others because life is intertwined and I needed to know how my choices and compulsions and their probable end results would affect those I cared for.
