    Obi-wan is stealing anakin's padawan and captain's trust and probably admiration with minimal effort i see. Perfect. I absolutely love where this is going lol.

    It's sad he and jango didn't work out but like maul some people's anger and revenge means more to them than simple love. I am happy though he had been in love at least once. Even though he has bail now though they don't seem in love so much as..having an affair? Is obi a sugar baby? But he doesn't seem pampered enough for that. Otherwise that cybernatic hand would've been top grade.

    I'd love for them to run into some of those jedi sent out after anakin. That'd be fun! Especially if obi wan got to sass them to their face some more. Obviously the force compensated losing his powers with unparelled sass. If he could sass yoda too that would make my day lol. No jedi is safe!

      Obi-Wan is absolutely stealing Anakin's Padawan. Should've taken better care of her if you didn't want her to get adopted by someone else!

      There's a lot of reasons why Obi-Wan and Jango didn't work out, some of which you might see in later parts of the story, but they were still good friends despite their ideological differences and very important people to each other at the stage of their lives when they needed that connection. Obi-Wan definitely loved him (not necessarily romantically, though if you choose to believe it was romantic that's fine too) but he recognized that they would not have functioned well in a serious relationship and that he had his own desires (e.g., moving back to Coruscant).

      As for Bail, he and Obi-Wan probably tried something out in the past, but Obi-Wan's not really comfortable hooking up with a Senator and Bail's too busy to have the kind of relationship they'd really like to have while he's still in office. It's not really an affair since Breha definitely knows about them and is fine with it (she probably thinks it's funny) and they both understand they can't pursue anything really serious at this point in their lives. They still like to flirt with each other because it's fun, and Bail keeps worrying about Obi-Wan and trying to get him nice things because who wouldn't? Again, not necessarily romantic, but Obi-Wan definitely has a strong desire for emotional intimacy. He would happily move in with Bail if being in 500 Republica didn't literally drive him insane.

      Obi-Wan will get to interact more with some other Jedi at the Temple for sure, but it'll be some time before he gets there, since he tends to avoid the Temple like the plague.

        o.m.g. but doesn't this just basically means that all he wants is a family 🥺 He used to have the biggest family in the jedi but they abandoned him and now he has nobody beside him. Good thing you're giving him ahsoka then. She can take care of her new dad and also have obi wan lavish his full attention and pass on his life's lessons and expertise to her. Leave the jedi ahsoka!!
