    Veeeeery interesting. I feel like we got a lot of good information with this one, if indeed it can be trusted. It DOES sound like the type of overly-convoluted plan Rattigan would get involved in, though I seem to recall a scene from very early on that implied he was indeed just jumping in on someone else's scheme for his own benefit. Getting Kris's father into debt doesn't sound too scary of an endgoal, after all, at least not on its own. On a lighter note, Finnick and Foxy make for a surprisingly good comedic duo. Their meeting with the councilor should be fun/emotionally scarring depending on how it goes.

    And finally, the advent of Precinct 0.5. When a dumb Discord joke makes its way into someone's actual canon. Well done. XD

      Hmmm, yes indeed. Though of course, what kind of expertise could he (if it is him) want from William? What does he know that's so important? Dark secrets and all, the trails of which I've been sowing for a long, long time.

      Yup. The trouble with such a big ensemble is that you always worry about some characters getting sidelined... So, if in doubt, bung them together and give them a side quest! Finnick joining with Fox and Kylie may have been teased before, but now we see it in action baby!

      And yup, it finally arrives. Precinct 0.5!
