    I literally squealed with glee when this new chapter hit my inbox! Could I wait until after dinner to read it? No, no, I could not.
    It was another great chapter (of course), filled with interesting ideas and tidbits. I was very intrigued with the idea of the new elements being transmitted via transporter synched with the communication network. Loved Scotty's caution with the computer core and belief that it might be alive in a way, and capable of sending out some unpleasant surprises. Very Scotty.
    And then there's Jim, hovering in midair for hours on end, using only the power of his mind - and practically punching a hole in the ship at the same time. Some very graphic pictures there, as the security team played Little Dutch Boy, plugging the holes in the dam each time Jim destroyed a transmitter.
    Loved it all. I'm eager to see the wrap-up and sad to have the end in sight. Great job!
