   I’m really glad you approach how mai deserved to be treated better by zuko which so many people fail to see and put the blame on mai. Zuko wasn’t a good boyfriend but the thing about avatar is it shows people can redeem themselves and I think it’s important to grow on your own sometimes

      Well said! I think that's part of the reason I had a hard time writing Maiko - there's a lot more of Zuko's less-than-stellar behavior in their relationship that's a bit trickier to fix
