Comment on 'Friendly' little underling

  1. * Slate and his behavior - His behavior isn't the best, yes. But the reader isn't a damsel in distress. She doesn't need saving! Meaning, worrying for her would be actually offensive to her. That's why the reader got so offended when she was called weak by Whip, because she is not weak. She had gone through a lot of pain, and fought her way to her position in the mafia. Being called weak, or controlling her life is just offensive. So, the only other reaction that Slate can have in this situation is, of course, being excited about her being an option now!

    * Yanderes and their dynamic - In my stories, I try to go with many different yandere types. We have submissive yanderes, masochistic yanderes, dominant yanderes, sadistic yanderes, sweet yanderes, delusional yanderes and whatever else you can think of! Yanderes in general are stalker characters romanticized! It's not for everyone, but my stories won't get better sadly! They will stay yandere, and the only thing that will happen is the reader beating them up and dominating them, while they drown in their own delusions!

    1. Yas! I've been looking stories with a character with a backbone with their yandere partner. This like never happens. Except maybe in the soldier and the carnal skeletons, but that one doesn't seem to be as dark as this.

      1. I personally like dominant characters. The reader doesn't have to be dominant all the time. They can have weak moments too. They are a human, and even the most dominant person has moments when they break down. I'm just trying my hand at characters like that, seeing as I don't exactly have a preference for weak readers. Or well, it's less about dominance and about the reader being a bad person! I like reading and writing stories were the reader is a bad person and the yanderes are delusional people!

I do like soldier and the carnal skeleton, and yes! I do like writing darker themes. Rape, drug abuse and other stuff were some themes I've written about in my old story, before the reboot happened! Call this a sort of coping mechanism for me! I write dark stuff so I would feel better. The darker, the better!

          1. oh, I meant, the reboot of my other story! The reboot of the story being 'Villainous pursuit'! There is no reboot of this story, and I'm not planning on making a reboot of this story! We are about a third in the story already! A little bit longer, the story will end and then I'll start working on the endings!
