    Some more which I hope at least give you more inspiration:
    -Harry pranking Dumbledore in retaliation for being left on a doorstep, and trying to intervene in his life. Fred and George are in awe

    -Harry figures out that as 'the Champion of the Light' it is expected he goes into Gryffindor. Not sure which you will choose as his House, but he convinces the Hat to prank the school by calling out first a different one to mess with people. So if Gryffindor or Hufflepuff, it says "SLYTHERIN!" first. Or "GRYFFINDOR!" if you want to send Harry to Slytherin. Then "Just kidding!" Fred and George are insanely jealous.

    -Dumbledore has the 'bright' idea of trying to introduce Harry to the Dursleys, hoping that meeting his 'real' family will help change his mind. Fails miserably

    -Hermes refuses to let Harry have an owl, sacred animal of Athena, so gives him a hawk. Luke gets one too. Harry's is more for messages though, while Luke's is a fighter.

    -Harry casually reveals in his First Year he can talk to snakes, freaking people out.
