    Not bad though nay and twas are overused which kinda breaks the flow of the story. The use of Old Norse is cool though.

      Thanks for letting me know about the language. With my other 2 fics the feedback was about 50/50, so I'm keeping to track for future fics, to see which way it ultimately swings.

        No problem, though I do wonder how you will handle Hela since myth and comic Hela is very different from MCU Hela.

          I know, I was surprised when I saw what the MCU did with her! For this fic, Hel is only referenced in passing, but she may have a bigger role in the sequels. I don't have them fully mapped out yet as characters tend to grow in unexpected ways.

          Lieutenant-General Yngvarr is a good example of that in this fic. When I wrote the first few chapters, he was simply 'the head of the king's guard', but as he grew I had to come back and edit him in properly here.
