Hi! I'm back for a reread. (I knew enough to go chapter by chapter at the start this time =] ) Still Insanely in love with this chapter. I realized that I misunderstood the first time, and it's Dick not Damian who's calling for Jason as the first line in the text, and honestly, that makes it SO much better. (Having Dick be the one to break the #2 rule instead of just failing to prevent Dami from breaking it, which is what my silly brain interpreted the beginning sequence as the first time. *facepalm* Idk how I missed that.)
Anyway, there are just So Many things in here that fill me with glee! Wally and Jason's "we may not be friends but we are currently united in our WTF-Dick-ness" energy, Jason being a huge DORK and making Star Wars references that almost no one gets, M'gaan and her fangirling, Connor actually laughing, and that last line-- record-breaking 11 hours, Jason throwing both Dick and Dami under the bus, and Dick standing up and facing Bruce head on, because that's what brothers do. Your writing is wonderful and I want to curl up in this 'verse forever.
