    In any case, Ao3 Staff. May I make a request of my own? What's the ETA on clickable links that people can send in comments and so on? I think that would be incredibly useful for the users here.

      You should be currently able to put links in comments by using HTML code, like

      <a href="https://ao3.org/support">test link</a>

      There is an issue where a lot of browsers are "helpfully" turning normal plain quotes into "smart" curly quotes, which our HTML parser hates and strips out. We have discussed adding the rich text editor to comment boxes, but we've not had a volunteer with the free time to tackle that yet.
