    This is an awesome fic. Diego's a good doggo. Also, from what you described of him before, it almost reminds me of coyotes...almost. Anyway, I'm guessing it's probably a long way to the Pale City if Ben's faced 2 enemies to run from so far. If it's closer than I think, I look forward to Ben and Diego meeting Six and Mono.

      The Mountains effectively were the last important part to cross. Here on out there is one last obstacle before he reaches where the game starts.

      My design for Diego kind of resembles a coyote. He simply has some more defined features of the two species.
