        Damn that’s awful. Matt doesn’t get angry easily, so it caught me off guard when he freaked out in the funhouse episode. Pardon all my questions, but what did they do to Matt’s loved ones to make him so angry?

          Aside from his fury over Safiya’s death on ETN, the people at DEFY lied to Matt’s face. They never told him or the people that still worked at DEFY that were a failing business and blindsided everyone by sending an email at the last minute. Matt no longer worked for the company but was a part of the people who were robbed of $2.7 million in what they were owed. Matt felt betrayed, especially since the guy he was in communication with was supposed to be a good friend. Matt felt a lot of his friends were screwed over and it frustrated him that this company got away with it.
