    Hi hi hi! It's nice to hear from you!! I'm glad you chose to comment on my fic, this is interesting to read! I'm glad you enjoyed it :D

    I thought this was an interesting hc and so I decided to try my hand at writing it. This is a work of fiction but I tried to portray DID as safely as I can. I included some of the info I've researched at the beginning to share to readers who may not know a lot about DID, and explain some of my writing choices (eg. Gakushuu having lapses in memory). Feel free to let me know if I've mis-stepped and I'll work to correct it asap!

    Gakushuu is still very young in this, so I took creative liberties as he attempted to understand himself - with the Bulk/Bruce and the "asleep" references. Glad to hear that they're common references as well.

    Oh, thanks for letting me know about Jekyll and Hyde! (A small confession: I didn't read that book, but I know the gist of what happened in there.) I deleted some of the lines where I mentioned the book, but it's still mentioned as Gakuhou gives him the book and Gakushuu returns it to him. I also changed the fic summary as it contained mention of the book and I figured it wasn't a good representation. I made an amendment in the chapter introduction as well. I might bring up the book in following chapters, but I'll take note to not mention it as a good case.
