        But he's not actually a kid of Aphrodite's, so it's likely not charmspeak. More probable is that it's a power which originates more directly from the sea and is particular to Poseidon/sea deities, but nevertheless still closely resembles charmspeak.

      I agree that it probably has something to do with the Sirens of the sea. When I've seen this same power idea in other fics, they called it "Siren Song." It'll definitely help the cover story.

        Along with the fac5 if you follow the version of mythology that says part of conceiving aphrodite was because of sea foam is where you can take the fact of her having charmspeak
