    I've been following your SOSF tumblr posts devotedly, it's so exciting to finally have a chapter out, I already know I'm gonna love this. I don't mind at all if this deviates from canon, do what you feel is best and I'll undoubtedly enjoy it.
    Luke's turn to Kronos makes so much sense in this version; and it makes him more sympathetic too. Less sympathetic is the fact that he's apparently turning suspected-Katara kids (and I do enjoy the reference) over to Kronos??? Annabeth is holding her cards close to her chest, as expected- it'll lead to some fun angst later on!
    I also like that Poseidon is dampening Percy's powers- but how was he charm-speaking the Ares kids? Will Aphrodite grant him powers more to her domain? It's definitely going to be fun reading about Percy embrace the more unfairly-derided "feminine" aspects of being an Aphrodite kid.
    Can't wait for the next chapter!

      maybe it was something like a siren's song! he had his feet in the water when he did it but when he was outside it didnt work so it's definitely something about his powers and sea
