A Jiang group especially if it includes the Violet Spider chasing after them might be useful if there are more assassins in Yunping. They can help take out the assassins and clean up the resulting mess. The Violet Spider can rent or buy some donkeys and everyone can just walk back. The party is going to be far too big to travel by sword, and there won't be the need to hurry.
