Actually, Lance is not Captain Britain, he's just in the same comic. I don't want to be accused of leading you astray on your comics history. :)
That's true, I never thought of that about Steve's health issues. How depressing. Maybe I'll just suppose that he came from the countryside, and all that fresh air strengthened his feeble little body? :)
