Are you in the regular habit of reading a book, deciding that there are some things that you would've done differently, and writing a letter to the author to tell them so? I don't mean leaving a review of the book at Goodreads, as those comments are meant primarily for people considering buying the book, not the author; I mean going up to the author and telling them how to be a better author. Because if it isn't, then you need to sit down and think about why you think that kind of behavior isn't okay then, but is okay on the internet when interacting with strangers who write for fun.
Now, to answer your question: I do write for fun. I like the hit of dopamine I get when someone leaves a positive comment. I am not particularly looking to cater to every single person who reads it, and I expect a certain percentage not to like it. The fact that my writing isn't your cup of tea is not a great reason to tell me about it, any more than you write an author to tell them you didn't like their book. (Unless you do, in which case I'd be interested to hear if you've ever gotten a response, and if so, what they say.)
I would accept critical comments if and only if I had invited criticism. I have not. You are not my beta reader. You are not, I think, a professional editor; and even if you were, this is fanfiction and legally not publish-able and I'm therefore not looking to change it to suit your preferences. Otherwise, in the absence of any invitation, it is really very incredibly rude to barge in and start criticizing.
