Yes, WY-WRH friendship could be confusing to outsiders to the point there would be rumors about WY was sleeping with WRH. Especially since WY is the only one who call WRH by his birth name, which if I am not wrong, is sign of intimate affection. Except it was nothing but pure friendship / damn near sworn brotherhood based on mutual respect. It would be plot for next installment (not next chapter, no)
Went Chao and others jokingly call WY "mom" because he is such a mother hen! Sure, he act casually and sometimes childishly, but he would be the first to be fussing on others.
