OMG there is so much! So much I have to say! I should have taken notes as I read along so I wouldn’t be so impatient to get to the next chapter - I’m dying to knooooooow!!! I REALLY want to read the next chapter so here’s my speed read: Anne coming in and saying “I want Gil…” I died laughing! The giddiness I felt throughout that whole set up and the second hand awkwardness during the Jade /“Anne has a date” part where I’m just like Uh these idiots. OMG I want you know I came back to life just so I couldi again well Delly said Anne should sleep with Gil lolololol chefs kiss perfection! And the fact Delly just keeping going with it- now that’s delicious second hand embarrassment. I like devil Gilbert winning out and honestly I know it’s wrong of him but it was really satisfying to be witness to Gilbert reading “yum yum yum” about himself. OK the reverse then was true with the second hand horror I felt for Anne realizing Gil may have “discovered” her but not on her own terms. Finally that damn black box- more like pandora’s box! It’s the sweetest, most romantic thing ever. It’s literally a multitude of love letters “lost” to Anne. My trauma flashback of AWAE letters being ripped apart or stuck on shoes to never be read by their intended lol. BUT Gil handing her his literal heart, this box full of years-worth of his heart poured out to her, is just sweetly beautiful. I’m just hope Anne doesn’t break it in this next chapter.
