    I haven't had a chance to read all this yet, but what I have managed to read when I have time is very impressive. I will be watching the progression of the story (and series) with keen interest.

    Two things:

    1.) The use of the Old Norse language and spelling is a bit jarring as I have to mentally translate into English. Are you planning to maintain it through the entire series? I understand your reasoning for using it, and the archaic terms like " 'twas" and "aye," but TBH it pulls me out of the story a bit.

    2.) Will you continue weekly updates throughout posting the entire series? If the remaining 3 fics are as long as this one, I would ask you to honestly consider going to more regular updates. With 24 chapters left in this first fic and we're at the end of April, Chapter 93 won't be posted until early October. That seems a long time.
