    You should have Izuku tell Nedzu about how he became a villain.

    My thoughts (I'm not asking you use them.)

    The beginning of his villain journey is the sludge villain attack.
    After All Might destroyed his dream and ran in to save Bakugou. But in this timeline death arms brings Izuku home. So all might missed him. Izuku go juvie because principal were piss Izuku save Bakugou from sludge villain. With caused their golden egg (Bakugou) be dirty from being saved by quirkless boy. So he paid cop to charge Izuku of fake crime. Inko were ashamed of Izuku and move to America. Leaving Izuku homeless , expelled and banned from all high schools. But Izuku still trained for UA. Not knowing about his blacklist status. Izuku decided to correct his mistake. And kill Bakugou to stop the next endeavor.
