    I'm mostly basing this version of tommy more on the skin used in the SCU video rather than some of the (amazing) fanart I've seen by the community.

    He has a mostly normal body on the outside, but his cells and code are off in a sense.

    So to answer your question: Yes, their bodies traveled with them to the alternate worlds, but his outward appearance is relatively normal as to not reveal to the other characters that he is half zombie (yet)
