    Limited/no knowledge of the core characters (learning through crossovers and fanfics) is basically how I get interested in new fandoms.
    You’re doing great with this one.

    As for comics …. Just keep a solid characterization for how you think these individuals act and talk, and few people will nit pick the behavior or call writers out for OCness. If they do, block them or just remind your readers this is your take on the Bat-family. Unless you’ve asked for pointers, of course.
    80 years with only God knows how many canon creators and authors, it’s all AU anyhow.
    Most of the good fics are writers picking and choosing backgrounds and styles they like best/resonates with them personally.

    Ditto for Danny Phantom fans.
    It sounds like he’s been Ghost King for a few years, and has matured/grown, so he’s now an adult . . . Cartoon showed him as a teenager, so any differences can be explained away by the passage of time and emotional growth, mental maturing.

    I do like this story.

    Enjoying the absence of Cliche where Danny and Damian are long lost twins.
    Nothing wrong with that background, but it’s nice to find fics that don’t depend on the blood connection.

    Good to hear Jason and Daniel were having fun while being dead/half dead.
    Kids and young adults need friendships outside family.

    Heh.

    Danny using his shapeshifting ability to mess with the kidnappers and demon summoners.
    Good use of the ability.

    Writing should be fun and not a chore or dreaded … if any commentators start making updates a hassle, block them and report them.
    Nobody likes trolls , , , but newbies might not understand why their questions and concerns might come across as badgering and bullying, so one or two warnings might help.
    If you’ve got the spoons to educate the young anons. If not, older readers might be able to help

      It might be a good idea for people to read the tags before commenting/making predictions on what will happen.

      (myself am guilty of skipping straight to the summary ... not sure if its to avoid "spoilers" or just tl:dr mentality. Which is funny-ironic cause most updates just feel too dang short. Except maybe those that are novella lenght chapters)
