Tubbo might not be seeing fully behind the curtain, but he does trust that Tommy is better able to make judgement calls on the situation. If he trusts Dream, then Tubbo will at least give him the benefit of the doubt.
Plus, as was mentioned-- Tubbo can tell he IS learning things. Some of them might be a bit concerning, sure, but at least he's learning. And if it stops another Wilbur situation from happening...then maybe it's a good thing that he's learning how to manipulate everyone else. Probably? Hopefully.
Surely nothing bad can happen from a stubborn, clever, spiteful Tommy figuring out how to make the rest of the server do whatever the hell he wants them to!
The best way I can describe Blood & Gold George is that he has the ultimate Petty Bitch(tm) vibes. I kind of hate him, his scenes are some of the last ones I wrote. He kind of has an arc that wasn't originally meant to happen, but like admin-Tommy, spontaneously decided to manifest in the last handful of months. The story is better because of those elements, though!
Definitely unrelatedly, one of the nearish chapters is gonna be VERY fun for you. And also for me! It's gonna be great, and there will be tears. If the tears are from readers or the characters (or both) is a matter that will become clear with time.
