    And yes! That sounds so good! That scene is probably one of my favourites if only bc I was so excited to surprise readers with the Draco development. I debated a long time whether to but it in the tags or summary so that ppl knew what they were getting into, but majority of my motivation for the series comes from my author’s glee at putting a massive plot twist so early in the book.

    I hadn’t even thought about that tbh. I like wolfstar too, so if I write a scene with the two of them interacting it might come of as wolfstar through subtext? I doubt I’ll write a fleshed out thing, just because it’ll just put a lot of unnecessary strain on the plot, but when I an outsider pov from Sirius about the boys (as I’ve been doing with the other characters) some of his thoughts can probably be taken as wolfstar… who knows? Maybe I’ll just have them hold hands at some point and that’s all I do to address it.

    All I know is if it does happen, it won’t be that much of a plot point sadly. but thanks for a potential plot line if I need a bit of a filler chapter to breakup heavy sequences!

      akdhsjdj yeah it was fun seeing such a big difference, it added a lot of contrast from how he was the first time but since he was still being a smarmy git (affectionate) it kind of showed that he still has room to grow you know? like sometimes in these sorts of fics they write it as if they've already had their character development so now theyre just another goody-goody main character but i like how he still has room to grow and now we can watch him become so much MORE i'm really excited aaaa!!

       

      the wolfstar idea actually sounds great, i think it would feel kind of odd to have it be very prominent because at least in my mind its going to take them a while to become closer again after all their trauma with james' death and stuff? correct me if i'm wrong, i think ive read the books like once and have vague memories of the films so i'm hardly an expert akdhsjdhshdhd most of my knowledge comes from the few fanfics ive read and the shitty harry potter games aldjskdjsjd

      but yeah, it'd be difficult to show them slowly forgiving eachother without them being the main focus of the fic, it'd make more sense to be through subtext and stuff.

       

      also, i'm very curious to see how book 2 will progress - not only this whole lucius business but also i'm curious to see how harry and draco's friendship will affect things, isnt there a plotline where everyone thinks harry's the one petrifying everyone and him being a parseltongue makes it all worse?

      how will that change when draco probably wont magic a snake at him this time? will his friendship with draco (oh no, a slytherin aaa!!) make people think he's evil?? i'm looking forward to finding out where this one will go C:

      especially because i remember the way they get around this is really dumb doesnt he have to get a sword or something?? like sir you can speak to snakes cant you just tell it to stop being a dick????
