    I completely agree with that final point, The Whole of Us is a wonderfully made story and absolutely one of the stories that inspired this one - I had forgotten to add it as an inspired work, and corrected that when another comment pointed it out. I've read it several times over, it's wonderful. I'm humbled to be compared to it.
