    Hi! Thanks for commenting! :) Yep. I have combined my obscure and inexplicable love for the Council of Tides with my love of putting Kaz in situations he can’t control…and this is the result: sleeper agent Kaz! :) I also just got done binge watching 1899 on Netflix so chances are this fic is not going to get any less confusing either. I’m sorry :)
