I understand seeing Peter as a bad guy here, but he's trying. In my mind and what I'm trying to show is a 14 year old who had his entire life turned upside before getting super powers and he holds a pretty hard grudge against Tony at this point. He's stupid, he's foolish, he had no idea how to handle his anger and pride just yet.
I hope as the story goes on you'll see that he's not a bad guy on purpose and that he turns it around!
