Yay, the Emiya siblings first meeting went off pretty well. I love how you made "mystery gifts" and "isekai protagonists" as just a relatively normal part of the world, delightful. Can't wait to see Illya challenge Cynthia, and maybe see a sibling relationship between them with having the same Grandmother now? Kind of? So many possibilities.
I can't even imagine how the Tohsaka siblings are going to integrate into the pokemon world. Becoming Professors? Joining competitive Pokemon battling just for Rin to make money? Sakura either having some sort of insect/worm phobia or a disturbing ability to not react to them crawling on her? I'm very interested in your plans for them.
And Kiritsugu's like, second encounter in the entire world is a telepath and empath that he can't trick. His trauma and bloody past/personality are going to be dug up real quick isn't it?
