    the tension in this chapter!! the topic of family always complicates things. I like how Dick and Kory's flaws are starting to clash again, it feels realistic. "So she sees her words hit him. Sees the shock, the anger, and the grief that they cause. And then she sees it all soften into love" I love this part. they just needed to talk! Dick just needs to let himself feel and listen for once! Donna is celebrating that conversation finally happening. also Dick defending Kory against Bruce ghgjkfgjh he loves his girlfriend :)

    sorry for another edit but I like the symbolism of things starting to get colder like how problems are starting to arise after the heat of summer and reignited passion

      Starting in summer was a lot of fun because it made the symbolism such a breeze to write. Things get colder, problems come up, and then you get to end in spring. :)
