It makes me so happy that you feel like they are in character! That's one of the most important aspects of fics to me and I'm thrilled when I get it right. I thought a lot about how I want to portray them, since obviously they have to be different from their adult selves, but still the same characters at the core. I hope the changes I made all make sense - Sherlock always being quiet around people (I will go into that a bit more as this fic progresses, so maybe it'll become clearer why I wrote him that way), John being a bit more carefree, as he obviously hasn't seen the horrors of war yet, etc. So yeah, I'm thrilled that you think I got it right! Haha, I was wondering if you'd think the baby aspect is realistic, as someone who has a lot more experiences there than I do! Thank you so much - hearing what you think also means a lot to me ♥
