   Huh. So, I haven't seen the '87 cartoon (which I think is where Wingnut and Screwloose are from) but it's interesting to see. And the queer rep is always welcome.

      Thanks, Althea. Going back and doing my homework on the characters, it's a surprisingly scant history on these two. With so little to go on, and so much conflict in their origin story, I decided to opt for a revamp. They'll have their own subplot, and their own place in the setting.
