    I think the Mayor and the Doctor is equally important to her but the Doctor is the Doctor after all even if an operator doesn't want or intend to they inevitably get soul bonded with the Doctor so yeah
    Or also known as getting Doctored, I mean look at Penance, she came to Rhodes Island because of guilt and she end up being soul bonded

    It is hard to see the humanity in Doctor because of who they are, I believe their intelligence and little guyism is what make the Doctor, Doctor ,though
    Doesn't mean they can't mess up or fail,they are human at the end of the day, even if they seem all knowing and is endlessly charismatic
    I believe is that expectations that make Babel Doctor to be so ruthless.

      True, she was going to end up trusting the Doctor no matter what. Having equal importance make sense too, because they each helped her in different ways.

      It reminds me of W’s event, when Ines was terrified to use her power and see what the Doctor was really like. Whether the Doctor of Bebel or Rhodes Island, they are someone everyone struggles to understand but still expects so much from. And because they expect so much behind the person behind the mask that they often forget even someone like the Doctor needs help from time to time.
