Heh, as Councilors, I think it is how they work, as species, I think the Asari's, 'I'm the Wisest' stick can get just as old. However, even then, they actually compare favorably. Never forget, the Relay 314 Incident(Otherwise known to the Systems Alliance as the First Contact War), would have kept going, except an asari diplomat forced the two sides to sit down and talk it out. Not because she had the bigger guns, but because she had the better words(and never doubt the Turian Hierarchy was willing to keep the war going as much as humanity)
